CRF-OC is proud to announce the creation of two new Mock Trial scholarships that will be given at its Mock Trial Awards on February 9, 2017.  The Pamela Westergard Scholarship was established by Var and Brigett Yerganian in honor of Pamela Westergard, a longtime teacher in the Santa Ana Unified School District who retired in 2016.  Ms. Westergard is loved and esteemed by former students and teachers whom she mentored.  The Pamela Westergard scholarship will provide funds to the winning team of the Orange County high school Mock Trial competition to help with the costs associated with attending the California state finals.   The other scholarship is funded by the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and will be awarded to the recipient of the Judge Henry Moore Outstanding Orator Award to help pay for post-secondary education tuition.  We thank the sponsors of these two new scholarships for their generous support of our Mock Trial students.
