Example of how to submit your request: Preferred day(s) Tues/Thurs/Fri Period 1: 8:00am – 8:55am, Period 2: 9:00am – 9:55am, or Wednesday Period 3 9:45am – 10:40am, Period 5 12:45pm – 1:40pm.
