In consideration for their participation in the Orange County Moot Court Competition, I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CRF-OC, program organizers, and sponsors for any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses resulting from lawsuits and other proceedings by any third parties arising out of any acts, omissions or conduct of my child while s/he is participating in the Orange County Moot Court Competition. CRF-OC has permission to take photographs/video of my child, and use such media, along with information pertaining to the identity of my child, for the purposes of awards recognition and/or CRF-OC promotions and publicity.
